How long does gift production take?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days on average.
*Note: Engraved personalized metal jewellery could take 5-10 business days.
What is the shipping time?
- US orders: 3-5 business days (most of our orders get delivered before the estimated time).
- Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days.
How do I track my package?
